Job Description

  • Play a main role in supporting the company to establish a sales office & goods fulfilment center in Egypt and participate in preparing the business plan needed for company to start operating in Egypt.
  • Design and implement a short and long-term sales strategy to maximize profits.
  • Expand company’s customer base, maintain a deep understanding of customers changing needs and anticipate new sales opportunities to foster growth.
  • Prepare annual sales budget and monitor the budget quarterly.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on all sales activities including the effectiveness and impact of current sales operations to address performance gaps and optimize accordingly.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to determine market requirements for existing and future products, to forecast sales and expand the target customer base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Handle issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
