Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our remote sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction through proactive sales efforts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage and update customer information, interactions, and opportunities in CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients in a remote setting. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements remotely. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role. Demonstrated ability to prospect and acquire new customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Fluency in Arabic and English.* Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or company events.
