Sales Supervisor (Freight forwarding - Shipping)

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo, Egypt.

Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of Logistics.

Job description

• Responsible for generating new business leads and securing new clients.
• Arranging and conducting one to one sales visits to new clients & regularly visiting existing customers.
• Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives.
• Come up with new market scanning tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.
• Make sales presentation to new prospects.
• Plan and organize sales outline for subordinates.
• Provide periodic sales report activity to manager.
• Maintain records on CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient
• sales operations.
• Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business administration / Commerce, or any related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in sales function.
• Shipping and freight forwarding experience.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning CRM software and tools.
