• Participate And Plan Company' Events with People Dept.
• Communicate And Build a Great Relationship with Different Vendors for Various Supplies Needs.
• Prepare and monitor Admin Budget.
• Handling Admin’s Custodies and Settlements.
• Determine All Internal Workspace Various Needs.
• Supervise Buffet and Cleaning Stuff.
• Monitor And Handle Facilities Team Performance.
• Be In Charge of Handling Maintenance and Facilities Issues with The Building Control Tower to Insure It Is Properly Maintained And Facility Assets Are Appropriately Provided And Assigned.
• Provide General Administrative and Facility Support.
• Delivering Administrative Reports to The Administration Manager
• Meeting And Greeting Company Visitors and Walk-Ins in An Appropriate and Professional Manner.
• Welcoming And Assisting New Hires on Their First Day and Directing Them to Their Onboarding Process and Location.
• Maintaining And Arranging Requested Meeting Room Bookings and Making the Needed Arrangements.
