Senior Contracts Administrator- Egypt, Cairo.

Key Accountabilities- Assist in the preparation of RFPs, evaluate proposals, and assist with contract negotiations.
- Conduct risk analysis and prepare reports on contract obligations and performance.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of contract requirements in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Prepare and manage contract modifications, change requests, and variation orders.
- Conduct subcontractor claims assessments and provide recommendations.
- Participate in bid opening committees, review bid proposals, and attend relevant contract meetings.
- Maintain a comprehensive database for Contractual Management information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts Administration & Procurement, specifically with post-award experience.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
- Strong skills in contract administration and commercial aspects through both pre and post-contract stages.
- Previous experience in KSA is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
