Join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Garment IO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our software platforms, driving the creation of robust, scalable solutions that empower garment manufacturers. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain our full stack applications, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and user experience Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
Lead the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Experience with IoT technologies and real-time data processing is desirable.
