Requirements
โ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
โ Proven experience in content management with a focus on SEO.
โ In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
โ Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads Keyword Planner, etc.
โ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
โ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
โ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
โ Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
โ Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
โ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic technical SEO optimizations.
โ Experience with multilingual content optimization and localization.
โ Familiarity with content marketing strategies and inbound marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
โ Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO objectives and business goals.
โ Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
โ Collaborate with SEO specialists to prioritize content topics based on search demand and competition.
Content Creation and Optimization:
โ Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including articles, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
โ Optimize content for target keywords, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search visibility.
โ Ensure content meets SEO best practices for readability, user experience, and search engine guidelines.
Content Performance Analysis:
โ Monitor and analyze the performance of content using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
โ Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
โ Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to refine content strategies and tactics.
Collaboration and Communication:
โ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
โ Communicate SEO recommendations, insights, and performance updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
โ Provide guidance and training to content creators on SEO best practices and guidelines.
