JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) , is preferred.
