What you'll be doing
Responsible for the effective coordination for the stock replenishment in the Duty Free Handle returned items and refunds Conduct end-of shift variance checks Conduct frequent spot checks Provide sufficient cash change breakdown in all POS machines Ensure that all leave taken by staff members does not affect customer service or shop security Manage team workload in a fair and responsible manner Ensure all shops are properly cleaned and all merchandise are in good visual representation Ensure that shop communication logs are properly maintained Ensure that the daily checklist is completed correctly Manage the day to day running of the business Prepare shift reports at end of shift (OM's report)
