Key Deliverables • Develop the Small Works Platform for the HSBC Account, such that it provides a standard process globally, with the flexibility to work in all countries in which the account operates
• Customize the approach on a country-by-country basis as needed (estimated 40-60), ensuring the financial and operational requirements are covered
• Transition the work from existing suppliers or HSBC to JLL
• Establish the required skills, and organizational model required to deliver the work
• Integrate with the regional teams to ensure the right capability and capacity is available
• Build enough flexibility and resiliency into resourcing plans to enable timely response to increased and decreased demand
• Ensure Small Works are delivered to the required standards globally, including statutory, purchasing requirements, HSBC required pre-employment vetting and training for JLL and vendors, financial management and communication
• Manage the budget (estimated to be $75 – 100 million globally), providing regular updates, forecasts and options to meet the HSBC targets in region/country
Skills and Experience
• Experienced (10+) years in facilities management or project management
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Robust, energetic, driven, active, stable/stress resistant personality
• International experience
• Demonstrated relationship management skills
• Ability to partner easily, and work within a matrixed environment
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse and remote team
