BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. As the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team and senior management to identify potential business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects and clients, and negotiate contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization in the computer software industry.


Responsibilities
  • Solid technical background
  • Solid interaction with alliance and technology partners like (Microsoft, Amazon,…)
  • Working closely with the sales team to build pipeline
  • Ability to put solutions for the customer on top of the vendor’s product
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas of growth
  • Stay updated with industry developments and technologies to effectively position our software solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both parties
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management
