Job Description
Maintain the Course Catalog and the list of Common Experience Courses. Maintain the Degree Audit system, including inputting programming syntax for all new degree programs, articulation of curriculum revisions, and perform on going testing to ensure accuracy of data output. Oversees the definition and maintenance of the degree audit system and content of all academic requirements including general education requirements, and College graduation/degree requirements. Manage training, documentation and supervision of technical aspects of the Degree Audit system. Maintain and enhance transfer course equivalency tool. Employee supports Office of the University Registrar staff in troubleshooting issues related to systems and technology processes the office oversees. Serves as a point of contact within the registrar's office for Assistant Registrar and other staff to seek support for technology system issues. Responsibilities also include performing additional tasks and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. At least three years of work related experience. Working knowledge of the following concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations: Must understand University policy and procedures, FERPA, and office policies. Understanding of technology and analytical skills are required. This is a service oriented position and incumbent must be able to effectively communicate with others, understand FERPA, and know what information is appropriate to share or not. The individual must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical staff, and be able to bridge communication barriers related to terminology. Experience in a higher education setting Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with discretion, tact and timeliness. Ability to learn policies, rules and regulations that are essential to the position. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications.

Experience with PowerCampus by Ellucian Experience with Transferology and TES by College Source Experience working with Acalog Catalog Management solution by DigiArc

Reporting to the Registrar, the Manager, Student Records Systems provides direct support and technical expertise to the Office of the Registrar staff and other campus constituents. The Manager, Student Records Systems is responsible for day-to-day administration and oversight of student records administrative systems. The position makes policy and procedural recommendations to the Registrar and provides administrative and operational support to the Registrar and Assistant Registrar as directed.
