System Analyst

Job Description:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze core business processes and workflow.
• Oversee the ERP next system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and company objectives.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT support and ERP implementation teams, ensuring service quality and adherence to company standards.
• Analyze and recommend improvements for better system performance and usability.
• Design and document system requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
• Serve as the liaison between IT, business users, and third-party vendors/service providers.
• Assist in the management of device stocks and keep track of device lifecycle within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP next. (minimum 2 years)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
