As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talents for our organization. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment as required Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Strong organizational and time management skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
