Technical Interviewer - Android

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer with expertise in Android development to join our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for Android developer positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in Android concepts, Java or Kotlin programming languages, frameworks, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for Android developer candidates
• Evaluate candidates' understanding of Android concepts, Java or Kotlin programming languages, and popular frameworks such as Retrofit or Android Architecture Components
• Assess candidates' problem-solving skills and their ability to write clean, efficient, and modular Android code
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Android development
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process
