What will you do:

• Conduct thorough analysis and review of tender documents, specifications, and requirements related to HV and EHV substations projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive tender proposals.
• Liaise with external suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive quotations and pricing for project components and services.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and competitive tender strategies.
• Participate in tender clarification meetings, site visits, and client presentations to address technical queries and provide clarifications.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to HV and EHV substations to identify business opportunities and enhance tendering strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the tendering process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of tender submissions, correspondence, and contractual agreements.

What do they expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering or Mechanical Engineering .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering, project management, or engineering roles, with a focus on HVandEHV substations.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electro-mechanical systems, power distribution, and substation equipment.
• Proficiency in tendering processes, cost estimation techniques, and contract management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review complex technical documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications, such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
