Job Description

-Issue and confirm flight ensuring all customer information is correct.
-Assist customers in making and modifying reservations, including seating preferences and special requests.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related advice.
-Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
-Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with
 company policies
Qualifications and previous experiences:
-Any Bachelors Degree
-Amadeus certificate is a Must
-Booking and quoting airfare tickets Using Amadeus GDS.
-With min 2 years of experience in the same field 
work conditions:
Full-time Office job from 9 - 5:30
Location Downtown, Cairo
