Wholesale Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team to meet the monthly target of wholesale acquisition and retention 
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesalers by
• partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members (wholesale 
• Representatives) 
• Foster a competitive and collaborative team environment
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for 
• improvement, and implement them
• Doing any other tasks as assigned. 

Qualification:

• Higher Certificate.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the FMCGFood industry
• Very Good in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
