Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year


Location: Chennai


Schedule: Monday to Friday


Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Admin Executive (Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Admin Executive Front Desk to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.



RequirementsResponsibilities:
  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Visitor Direction: Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office efficiently.
  • Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic and accurate information when needed.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries promptly.
  • Security and Access Control: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Office Supplies Management: Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock to avoid running out of essential items.
  • Financial Tasks: Prepare vouchers, keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Clerical Support: Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
  • Pantry Staff Management: Oversee the pantry staff to ensure cleanliness and stock of pantry supplies.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with HR & Finance departments for day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business functioning.

  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
