Job Description:


We are seeking a competent and organized Admin & Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the purchase department's activities.



Requirements

Main Responsibilities:


  1. Support Recruitment Process:


  • Assist in scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain records of candidate information.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  1. Purchase Department Support:


  • Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately and timely.
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Maintain purchase records and documentation.
  1. Database Updating:


  • Update and maintain databases as per instructions from the reporting manager.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  1. Admin Process Follow-Up:


  • Monitor and follow up on administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues.
  1. Adherence to Company Policy:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all activities.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in administrative or purchase-related roles.
