Administrator needed for a CBSE School in Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat


Job Brief: We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to manage all administrative tasks in our school. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent leadership and communication skills, experienced in handling administrative duties, and knowledgeable about educational policies and regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage all administrative duties in the school.
  • Supervise and monitor the school’s services and staff.
  • Manage and maintain school logistics.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies.
  • Ensure compliance with educational laws and regulations.
  • Manage the school’s budget and expenses.
  • Resolve issues and address complaints within the school.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for students.
  • Organize school events and assemblies.
  • Manage school’s correspondence.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in education administration or a closely related field such as educational leadership and policy
  • A teaching certification program that allows you to become an educational administrator in your state
  • Relevant license and certification may be required
  • Extensive teaching or school administration experience may be required
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with the relevant software
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional

Experience:


  • Extensive teaching or school administration experience may be required.
  • Relevant license and certification may be beneficial.
Salary Range : 40k to 50k (Based on the interview)
