Administrator needed for a CBSE School in Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat
Job Brief: We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to manage all administrative tasks in our school. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent leadership and communication skills, experienced in handling administrative duties, and knowledgeable about educational policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all administrative duties in the school.
- Supervise and monitor the school’s services and staff.
- Manage and maintain school logistics.
- Develop and implement administrative policies.
- Ensure compliance with educational laws and regulations.
- Manage the school’s budget and expenses.
- Resolve issues and address complaints within the school.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for students.
- Organize school events and assemblies.
- Manage school’s correspondence.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in education administration or a closely related field such as educational leadership and policy
- A teaching certification program that allows you to become an educational administrator in your state
- Relevant license and certification may be required
- Extensive teaching or school administration experience may be required
- Knowledge of and practical experience with the relevant software
- Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional
Experience:
- Extensive teaching or school administration experience may be required.
- Relevant license and certification may be beneficial.
Salary Range : 40k to 50k (Based on the interview)
