About the department
DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Product Supply, within the Global IT Organization, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.


The position


As SAP WM business analyst you will be  responsible for the logistic part of the corporate SAP – WM (Warehouse Management) module system at Novo Nordisk covering maintenance and support planning multiple company codes and multiple countries. The SAP modules are among the most critical IT system in Novo Nordisk, and they are used 24 x 7 by thousands of users worldwide. As a business analyst your tasks will be:


  • Work on SAP warehouse and serialization projects for support & rollout. You will work on ATTP basic.
  • Manage Inbound, outbound flow and monitoring queues. Support ATTP & WM support incident management duty rooster on rotation basis 24x7 support (on call).
  • Participate in system operation and maintenance in manufacturing IT. Maintain Compliance with QBIQ.
  • Change management, release management, configuration management, problem support, test co-ordination/Validation.
  • Participate in system operation and maintenance in Manufacturing IT. 

Qualifications


To succeed in this position, you must have:


  • Computer Science Master or bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration). 
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in SAP WM, SAP ATTP – rollout and support projects.
  • High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
  • Experience in pharma organization will be preferred.
  • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organizational level. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.
