The Position 

As a Advanced Operations Analyst II at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, design, implement, and manage MoveIT (Managed File Transfer), Carbon Black (Bit9), and McAfee (ePo) services, along with Windows and operations knowledge.
• Proactively engage in close dialogue with IT architects, specialists, and stakeholders to create and improve awareness of technical deliveries and meet business expectations.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements, project teams, and IT vendors to ensure efficient IT infrastructure support and services.
• Provide technical expertise, stakeholder and vendor management, and effective communication skills.
• Deliver high-quality results, focus on user needs, and drive innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Windows infrastructure support.
• 5+ years of experience in leading, designing, implementing, and managing MoveIT (Manage File transfer) service.
• 5+ years of experience in the operations of SMTP (Mail relay) service.
• Experience in Carbon Black (Bit9), McAfee (ePo), ACS (Access Control service), and MDM (Soti) will be a plus.

DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) India was established in February 2010 as an integral part of DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) in HQ. From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 900+ employees till date. The main role of DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.
