Job Description

The incumbent will add value to the Power Tools After Sales Service team in India with the following objectives & tasks:


  • Supporting the After Sales management by balancing P&L elements – TGS, GM, PCR, Forecasting (Value and Volume), Service indicators (RR, TITO, Repaired volume etc.)
  • Establish and maintain price management system in country After Sales organization to drive affordability in coordination with After Sales Pricing Manager.
  • Develop system of measuring, tracking and reporting After Sales commercial KPIs to support the After Sales network and user manager team.   
  • Managing commercial aspects of promotions, service marketing and new After Sales initiatives.
  • Own and drive the effective use of tools like Promo tool, Warranty reimbursement process, C-Budget & Sales Allowance (policy elements) tracking.
  • Operational support to the After Sales team via trade offers, price blocks, daily TGS & KPI dashboard against targets deployed.
  • Be the contact window between Central AS team and supported BU’s (Pro Tools, Garden Tools, Measuring Tools).
  • Support local AS team for network design, digitalization projects and user survey tracking and new service delivery options.

Qualifications
  • Master degree in business or engineering
  • > 3 (preferably >5)  years of experience in Sales or Marketing or After Sales Service
  • Experience in Industrial products market in country
  • Fluent in English
  • Readiness for up to 20% travel time
  • Experience in business commercials, process digitalization is preferable. 
  • Proficient in Data Analysis & visualization via tools like Excel, Power BI, etc..
