Overview The role is based in Hyderabad and is part of the Communication Solutions Team to provide project management and administrative support to the entire portfolio. This role will be key for the implementation of cross-HUBs operational excellence and employee engagement. The role will assist directly the GBS Comms Solutions Design & Strategy Lead. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Plan, track, and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects. Track and document “as-is” processes to support Business Cases Effectively manage projects. Write up detailed, quality reports with metrics for senior managers. Track progress on implementation of best practices, processes and standards/tools. Maintain team directory and SharePoint updated Enable effective communication between various stakeholders (developer, tester, project manager and business). People Responsibilities Support senior managers with the completion of project objectives. General portfolio administrative support for the portfolio - working with all the ‘team leads’ to manage demand, employee engagement. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in project management or administrative work. Ability to work with various stakeholders across the globe. Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines, projects, stakeholders and to keep team to key deadlines. Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities. Microsoft Office proficiency (strong in Excel); able to navigate and adapt to new online platforms.
