Lead the CST & Planning team within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and Trade and compliance aspects. Full accountability for the Customer order execution with respect to Customer PO’s & requirements and ensuring the on time replies on request for quotes and order related queries and able to co-ordinate with stakeholders to meet the customer breakdown and urgency requirements whenever in need . Manage the Planning team to meet the plant & customer requirements along with organizational KPI’s.

Preferred Qualification

• Managing the IC & Domestic orders execution
• Costing and pricing of the products
• Establishing good relationship with the customer, handling complaints and giving timely feedback and progress reporting to the customers
• Analyze the order intake from the different customers (regions) and compare them with yearly plan. Discuss any short fall in orders with customers and prepare the order forecast
• Analyzing the Back Orders with RCA’s
• Ensuring on preparation of Monthly and daily sales and dispatch plan.
• Maintaining the OTD – 85% - FY24
• OTIF Target – 75 % FY24
• Costing – Accuracy 100%
• Metallurgy Knowledge
• Order Failure Analysis

Skills and Experience:

• • BE Or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Production
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years' experience
  • Understanding of SAP (PP & MRP)
• Reviewing of customer PO’s and ensuring clean order entry in the business system involving contract review procedure.
• Liaise with Engineering, Manufacturing, Dispatch and Finance departments to ensure safe and timely delivery of products at customer sites; and statutory requirements are complied to
• Material requirement and machining time analysis.
• Replenishment order preparation.
• Work order and process sheet monitoring and preparation.
• Preparing the Operation reports for OTD & OTIF weekly & Monthly.
