Job Description
We are looking for a member in our client engagement team to take care of the routine backend operations work.
Experience candidate required 3 to 6 years in the same field.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Bifurcation of unassigned tickets to the team
Notify fresh & endorsement upload
Polyclinic sessions and calling daily basis , Surgical & Cosmetic calling on request basis
Onboarding process like welcome call assignment to CE members, share E-Card Dump with the HR
Pending Policy Follow up with the team
Prepare weekly report & share with seniors
RequirementsGraduate / Post Graduate In Marketing/Sales or relevant Degree/Diploma
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Hands on MS Excel & MS PPT.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
