Role Description The Data Strats team at Morgan Stanley Research is looking for highly capable Python coders with a background in quant or data science. The individual will be an integral part of a small team working directly with research analysts to create and implement quantitative projects across the department, including models and automated visualizations. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, creative, and curious, with an interest in leveraging data and technology to develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities Work with research analysts and senior management to develop, institute, and maintain models and automated data processes Acquire, clean, maintain, and analyze data sets to support analyst models Help develop scalable data infrastructure, including visualization platforms Act as a Python expert within the department and create scalable Python libraries
