Overview The purpose of the role is to: Direct a team of four L04 specialists Data Analytics & Reporting Collaborative Analysis Technology & Process Improvement Responsibilities Team Leadership: Direct a team of four L04 specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Data Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain advanced supply chain reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data to support business decisions. Collaborative Analysis: Proactively identify and analyse trends and gaps in supply chain performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and define improvement strategies. Technology & Process Improvement: Lead the adoption of data visualization and business intelligence tools. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and insightfulness. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Tableau). Proficient in Excel and statistical analysis techniques. Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain metrics and KPIs, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management, mentoring, and development. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
