Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and ambitious professional ready to embark on a rewarding journey in the realm of SaaS in logistics? Locus is seeking an Associate Technical Writer to join our innovative team. If you have a strong desire to make a real impact in the logistics and supply chain industry, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain user-focused content to use different product features to model and simulate the supply chain used by a technical audience.

2. Planning, Organizing, and Creating user guides, configuration guides, API documentation, Help Guides, and Release notes.

3. Understand the product and write content in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences across the Locus ecosystem. The users are engineering, product, customer service, and operational teams (customers). 

4. Write the content clearly and concisely.

5. Develop and oversee illustrative material, flowcharts, examples, and tutorials to use the features across the different locus product suites.

Qualifications:

1. 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in technical writing is a must.

2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science

3. Good knowledge of technical writing standards and processes

4. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

5. Ability and inclination to grasp new technology quickly.

6. Ability to understand customer requirements and address them using suitable documentation strategies

7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

8. Ability to make decisions quickly, flexibility to reprioritize on short notice, and ability to foster synergy

9. Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
