Job Description: Pearson India Education Services Private Ltd is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join our Higher Education Division in Noida. We are looking for an individual who is not only well-qualified but also possesses the determination and skills required to drive sales in the competitive Digital Sales in Publishing industry.


Position: BDM-Digital Sales


Location: NOIDA


Area of Operation: To cover all the states of North & West India


Role: BDM


Languages Known: Hindi, English.


This is an Individual Contributor Role and would require travelling to North and West India


Job Description


As a BDM-Digital Sales at Pearson Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving digital sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets through new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.  You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, building strong relationships with Key clients, Providing demos and presentations, Submitting quotes and negotiating for order closures and staying updated on industry trends to maximize opportunities in the digital education landscape.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead in the digital education landscape.
  • Identification of new business opportunity for high value adoptions for central and state university for North & West.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Responsible for retention revenue through developing strong relationship with the existing user institutions.
  • To support front line sales team members in terms of product demo, resolve customer inquiries and resolve the potential barriers in the process of digital sales
  • To assess the long term profitability of digital sales and service efforts through effective customer retention strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling digital education solutions.
  • Analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on Pearson's digital products and services, as well as industry advancements, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications:


Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.


Proven experience in digital sales and after sales service with a strong track record for 5 Years.


In-depth knowledge of digital education products and services.


Excellent communication, Presentation, and negotiation skills.


Strong in analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Knowledge and experience of different states of north and west India
