Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputed institution.
  
• Master's degree (ME/M-Tech) in Civil or Structural Engineering from a well-reputed college; candidates from NIT/IIT preferred.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in designing MMS (Module Mounting Structures) and foundations for ground-mounted structures in solar PV Projects.
  
• Strong expertise in designing steel structures.
  
• Previous experience in the Solar PV field is an added advantage.
  

Role And Responsibilities:

• Designing foundations in compliance with IS standards, considering geotechnical data.
  
• Understanding and interpreting geotechnical data to propose ideal/optimized foundations for MMS.
  
• Conceptualizing, designing, and preparing fabrication drawings of Solar PV module mounting structures (MMS).
  
• Conducting analysis and design of MMS using STAAD Pro.
  
• Optimizing and standardizing designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Reviewing drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and issuing them for fabrication to vendors.
  

• Proficiency in Structural Design principles and practices.
  
• Experience in the Solar PV industry, particularly with ground-mounted structures.
  
• Competence in Geotechnical Analysis for foundation design.
  
• Expertise in using STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design.
  
• Strong understanding and experience in designing steel structures.
  

• Proven experience in civil design engineering.
  
• The background in solar energy will be highly valued.
