Designs and develops programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze big data
Partnership builder with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Rules, Business Intelligence, other strategy teams, Global Data Science, and program management
Develop and execute collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and credit losses
Drive development of robust strategies to drive digital engagement
Your day to day
Utilize advanced analytics to segment customers and prioritize collections efforts effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance collections processes and systems
Lead the development of collections segmentation and criteria driven strategies to optimize collections performance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices in collections management
Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business stakeholders, and partners with stakeholders to develop meaningful actions
What do you need to bring-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline
10+ years of overall experience
Data/decision science leadership experience and working experience within the data-mining, quantitative research or analytics
Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior leaders of the organization
Strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Proficiency in SAS, Python and SQL
