Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities


As a consumer channel Sales manager, your duties are but not limited to :


  • Managing current relationship alongside identifying, evaluating, negotiating, & activating new partnerships to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential distribution channels.
  • Handle Distribution management, achieving Primary and Secondary Sales Targets for Consumer retail channel, Ecommerce and LFR segment. (large forward retails)
  • Channel management of T1, T2, T3 partners and responsible for executing promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales Planning & Developing
  • Working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product and improve sales performance.
  • Working closely with Marketing team for channel marketing and scheme communication
  • Develop new POSA/POR/ESD/Boxes/CBA accounts and define channel strategies for dedicated countries across … region;
  • Develop a strong business/relationship with strategic retailer/e-tailers partners to define sales strategy, targets, and business growth.
  • Arranging regular B2C partners communication to develop the business forward, discussing plans, bundling, stock, and activities to generate revenue
  • Measurement and management of KPI’s for accounts and ensure they are achieved
  • Continuous measurement of ROI and revenue versus target objectives for campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports to support management decisions
  • Gather and record timely sales forecasts, including new business and renewals
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships both with the customer and internal colleagues
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams on the regular basis;
  • To ensure a smooth flow of process involved with the Consumer Products launch in the region that includes, layout checks, communications with the HQ product marketing team, and price corrections, etc. are done accordingly.
  • To carry out constant competitor analysis and work on Channel and Sales Incentive promotions in order to compete with competition. 
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Marketing, Supply chain, product management and customer success, to ensure customer needs are met and revenue goals are achieved.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience working in the areas of Software sales, IT distribution, marketing, market planning, retailer/e-tailers. Relevant sales and business development experience required. Preferably from Antivirus Company / IT Product Channel Sales Management / Peripherals Company
  • Successful track record in sales/business development, client management and project management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business goals for B2C cybersecurity solutions sales
  • Significant exposure to the software industry and strong affinity for digital solutions and the use of digital technologies to transform business models and provide new value producing opportunities
  • Strong IT, Software, Cloud, IoT platform experience
  • Demonstrates advanced story telling skills and can present at conferences and executive level engagements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English language
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering… . MBA preferred.
