Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:


Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries.  Working as part of the Mobility Processing, the role demands that he/she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any Mobility queries.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Performs day-to-day functions in support of Relocation, Tax Compliance and Immigration.
  • Provide support and coordinate with travelers on the end to end of mobility/case management process - Pre-departure, On-arrival, destination services, extension and repatriation activities.
  • Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with manager where clarification or exception to policy may be required.
  • Supports administrative and project work in other areas of the process, as needed.
  • Coordinates with the Company's global relocation and immigration vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provides on-going administrative support to Global Mobility manager.
  • Co-ordination and preparation of any immigration related documents.
  • Management reporting and tracking assignments for required actions.
  • Ensures customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and KPI quality performance level.

Qualifications and Experience


Education


  • University degree or equivalent higher education qualification

Work Experience:


  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility/Immigration field.
  • Strong interest in mobility, solid understanding of case/assignment management and Immigration.
  • Excellent problem solving, problem resolution & analytical skills
  • A quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Highly flexible and solution focused.
  • Team spirit and autonomy.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
