1. Provide counseling for employees that reach out directly or are referred by the onsite health team both Virtually using audio visual tools and in-person for all RBIN locations including Adugodi, NhP2, BidP, JaP, NaP, GanP, ChiP
2. Be the point of contact for the vendor partners and facilitate account management. This includes:
   1. Planning meetings with partners and setting up of agenda
   2. Closely monitoring of the clinical activity with the medical leads of the partner organization
   3. Following up with the partners on open items until closure
   4. Tracking the partner performance by way of monitoring and measuring KPI outcomes
3. Be the point of escalation for the partners providing emotional health support from an employee health perspective. Also, support initiatives aimed at enhancing uptake of these solutions amongst the workforce across RBIN
4. Liaise with extended Bosch teams internally to create solutions and programs aimed at proactively enhancing employee emotional health. This includes campaigns, webinars, group sessions, workshops, education materials etc.
5. Support the emotional health upkeep needs of the medical teams across RO-IN by being available to providing 1:1 counseling and group counseling sessions
6. Liaise closely with the Health and wellness co-ordinator, Medical Officers and CHMO for curating programs aimed at enhancing emotional health of employees
