Job Details:Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual to join our team as a Customer Enabling Engineer. This role is pivotal in supporting our customers' deep learning and large language model technical challenges, interfacing with our RnD team for issue resolution, and managing projects that enhance our product offerings based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and possess a strong blend of deep technical expertise, hands-on model enablement experience, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: � Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including the provision of workarounds and temporary fixes. � Closely working with customers for their model enabling asks, providing workarounds and bugfixes, and enabling deployment of deep learning and large language model (LLM) models on PyTorch,. � Triage and manage JIRA tickets, collaborating with the RnD team to address and resolve product issues, bugs, and actively contribute to the development of permanent solutions. � Gather customer feedback on product features and functionality, advocating for the inclusion of new customer-driven features during Sprint planning sessions. � Interface with the Customer Support team at Intel to provide comprehensive support for Habana products, ensuring a seamless customer experience. � Attend customer meetings as required, representing the company and providing deep technical insights, support, and hands-on assistance with model enablements and optimizations. � Spend approximately 50 percent of the time on technical tasks, including hands-on development, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution with a focus on deep learning and large language model deployments on PyTorch. � Dedicate the other 50 percent of the time to project management responsibilities, interfacing with various teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring project deliverables are met. � Work closely and directly with the Business team to align technical support and project management efforts with business objectives. � Be proactive in identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement, and take the initiative to develop and implement solutions.Qualifications:� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. � Proven track record of 12+ years in software development, with extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying various deep learning and large language model (LLM) models on PyTorch. � Solid understanding of AI frameworks, with a focus on PyTorch. Experience with TensorFlow is a plus, but not a primary requirement. � Good understanding of the complete AI Software stack and familiarity with AI hardware acceleration technologies. � Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. � Proven experience in technical support, project management, and stakeholder management. � Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. � Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. � Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders. � Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking and project management tools. � Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, support teams, and RnD. � Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. � Experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. � Familiarity with Intel and Habana products is a plus. Work Model for this Role


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
