Role & Responsibility
In this role you will be responsible for:
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process of software solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our software.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients, helping them maximize the use of our software. Address any queries or technical issues promptly.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and collaborate with our product team to improve and develop our software.
Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain clients and increase customer loyalty.
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales & Operations - Digital Solutions, you will monitor and report on clients' usage and satisfaction of the software and provide insights. You will conduct regular business reviews with globally located key customers and ensure that the software solutions meet or exceed their expectations.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, IT, or a related field.
- Understanding and knowledge of the operational and technical requirements of the Maritime industry is a must.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in the maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of software applications and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel if required.
