Job   Description


As a Client Services eCommerce Associate, you will be responsible for processing all order types and determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information in all databases. This challenging position is fast paced and high intensity. Collaborations with multiple internal departments allows for career growth. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:


Review  orders and resolve holds.    Review dashboard and resolve holds. Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues. Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training and education, and returns department Ensure that customer information is current and accurate.  Commit to meeting individual agent goals. Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems. Continue to learn new technology. Understand the big picture and how this role significantly impacts the overall business.


Key Skills:


Strong understanding of Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office) Ability to type 50+ wpm required Familiarity with Oracle and/or Salesforce preferred Graduate in any stream and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience.
