Job Title- Customer Support Executive (Backend Operations)
Job Type- Contract
Location - Mumbai, India
-Analyzing Customer complaints and resolving within TAT
-Follow-ups with the respective departments for the ticket resolution .
-Preparing funnel report for complaint for customer service.
-Analysis of the repeated cases for reduction.
-Handling cases for different bureaus to resolve disputes.
-Handling customer transaction related disputes.
-Analysis of Complaints data for regulatory reporting.
