Data Science - Executive Manager

Responsibilities With regards to Instore development (PICOS ROI/ PME) Guide/advise end-stakeholders when it comes to data requirements, data sources, data formats, etc. Assuring the data quality and data format of the received data to run the analysis for PICOS ROI specifically - mold/transform the to-be-used data sources into the correct data template in order to run the PICOS analysis (high Python programming proficiency is required here) for PME specifically - identify any deviations from the required data template and clearly communicate them to the end-stakeholders to assure amendments With the right data in hand, run the PICOS ROI/PME tools through a standalone application / via a series of Python scripts accordingly Provide the end stake-holder a deliverable (in a pre-agreed format, e.g., PPTX) that summarizes the output of the analysis, including conclusions Develops and maintains database of PICOS ROI/ PME projects outcomes, performs meta-analysis to build conclusions into global playbooks Collaborate with Global Data Science teams to align and adhere to the best practices Qualifications 7+ years of experience in developing business problem related statistical/ML modeling with industry tools with primary focus on Python (or Pyspark) development in either private or public sector 7+ years’ experience in ML/Statistical techniques to solve supervised (regression, classification) and unsupervised problems in either private or public sector Familiarity with mathematical & statistical models underlying data science methods Experience and functional familiarity with software development and data engineering best practices Experience and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Pytorch, and Snowflake/SQL Ability to translate business requirements into critical data dependencies and requirements Outstanding project management skills High EQ, verbal and written communication skills (MS Office tools like excel PPT etc.., stakeholder management Advanced analytical skills, ease of work with big data sets and multiple data sources together with ability to synthesize, simplify & persuasively communicate complex findings
