Position Title: Design Engineer - Deputy Manager / Manager (Requisition ID: 008PCZ)

Experience: 3-5 years

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical )

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

1. Product design and life cycle management of switchgear products like Contractors, relays, controllers and starters.
2. Product debugging / complaint resolutions.
3. Value engineering / cost effective product development.
4. Product certifications (IS/IEC-60947-1; IS/IEC-60947-4)

Functional competencies:

1. Experience in design of switchgear products and control gear products like Contractors, thermal overload relays, starters, ACBs, MCCBs, SDFs, etc.
2. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, 3D modelling, soft analysis/ simulations, value engineering methodology, ERP software and manufacturing techniques.
3. Strong analytical skills and domain knowledge.
