The Digital Operations Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for end to end operations support for Cytiva industry4.0/5.0 digital technologies including but not limited to new digital initiatives, lifecycle management of existing technologies, user management, product/process  documentation, training, security updates management, Cytiva internal and external customers satisfaction  

This position is part of the Global Digital Technology Operations, Equipment Services located in Indiaand will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive wing-to-wing global operations support for biopharma 4.0/5.0 Cytiva digital technologies including but not limited to  - OptiRun Connect(IoT), OptiRun Assist(Beyond Trust-Remote Secure Access), Cytiva VR, Anipart(content management and distribution platform), Artificial Intelligence, Augmented/ Mix Reality and service workflow automation.

  
  

• Responsibilities include complete life cycle management support for the above digital technologies (installation, break-fix, upgrade, security patching, decommissioning). Supporting Cytiva internal and external customers globally working in different time zones as per business needs.

  
  

• User management, User trainings, technical and process documentation, project management and new product introduction support for Cytiva digital initiatives.

  
  

• OptiRun Connect edge devices monitoring and maintenance

  
  

• Maintain monthly digital technologies operational KPIs and bowlers, foster and practice DBS(Danaher Business System) culture to drive continuous improvement and growth.

  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2+ years' experience testing/supporting biopharma      4.0/5.0 technologies.

  
  

• Proven expertise and experience in advanced IT/Networking and firewall troubleshooting.

  
  

• Proficient business communication skills, dynamic, quick learner, self-starter, and ability to work without or limited supervision

  
  

• Understanding  of operational bowlers, KPIs,  new process implantation, and Process improvements

  
  

• Sound understanding of digital technologies and their application in the service/Biotechnology industry

  
  

• Working knowledge of service applications e.g  service CRM (salesforce, ServiceMax), Product data management (Anipart, Magic), Jira.

  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous experience in leading people, projects, training, workshops

  
  

• Working knowledge of cloud (AwS/Azure) server management, security patch deployments and management.

  
  

• Experience working in DevOps environment. Knowledge of dockers, and containers will be advantageous

  
  

• CCNA certificationa
