About the jobOur team and your role

This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Hubs and is part of the Hubs TA Leadership team.


Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key Strategic Business Operations are hosted providing centralised services across Global Medical & Commercial, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, Manufacturing, SCM, R&D services to businesses.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible to manage and lead Talent Acquisition of Early Talents across our 4 Hubs globally, based in Hyderabad (India), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary), Bogota (Coloumbia).


Main responsibilities:
  • Lead Early Talent/Campus Recruiting program across the Sanofi Hubs globally. Creating an early career talent strategy across Hubs in line with Sanofi Talent Strategy. Conducting innovative campus engagement events, conceptualise and execute various engagement programs / models with the stakeholders in the campuses (Student community / Career Services office / faculty / alumni, etc) to position Sanofi as an employer of choice.


  • Consultant to Business for University Relations Assessing client needs, educating them on the campus landscape, and setting realistic expectations basis market intelligence gathered. Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year. Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.


  • Manage successful relationships with key leaders and serve as primary owner and driver of the early talent recruitment strategy & consultation related to overall campus program initiative.


  • Partner closely with Business Leaders & Talent Management team to shape and influence hubs level campus hiring strategy; serve as a thought leader, subject matter expert and influence leadership on overall campus specific initiatives which include Build Vs Buy models.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and select top early talent, driving collaboration with senior colleagues in recruiting delivery and P&C/HR and with business leadership to create a best-in-class recruiting program that delivers outstanding talent to the company.


  • Develop early talent branding and marketing strategy, social media, diversity, and other initiatives in collaboration with Hubs Employer Branding Lead.


  • Drive overall candidate experience; identify and attract top talent leveraging strategic sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diverse candidate pools.


  • Provide ongoing communication to leadership regarding recruiting status, relevant data and metrics to inform key decisions regarding strategy and continuous improvement.


  • Drive campus engagement and build relationships with select colleges/institutes across Hub countries in order to establish Sanofi as an employer of choice.


  • Enhance the brand recall by maintaining a continuous connect with the institutes/colleges/universities.


  • Anchor the campus program and partner with the businesses to drive talent acquisition from the colleges.


  • Create disruptive campus engagement programs and drive them from conceptualization to execution.


  • Develop a strong external network to keep Sanofi on top of the list for the key campus placement administrators and academicians.


  • Manage the selection process to make it more robust in order to attract the best talent from the campuses.


  • Travel across campuses basis hub needs as campus managers for relationship drives, branding events & hiring.


  • Provide value-add recruiting advice to hiring managers to influence and persuade talent decisions.


  • Developing and executing presentations, career fairs and participating in campus interviews


  • Responsible for ensuring an integrated talent approach for HUBS through a close partnership with TM to review key capability needs.


  • Support the recruitment activities related to campus outreach for graduate program in HUBS to ensure the organization has a fit for future rich talent pool.


About you

  • Significant expertise in leading early talent hiring, with strong focus on local/global employment market dynamics, experience of same in GBS (Global Business Services) organizations will be an added advantage.


  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.


  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach to deliver win-win solutions for the business.


  • Good change management experience, and ability to drive and manage complex/large scale change initiatives sensitively and thoughtfully.


  • Strong relationship competencies, able to collaborate, influence and manage through conflict to achieve successful outcomes.


  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm.


  • Working knowledge of recruiting systems/tools


  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines.


  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills


  • Creative, independent thinker who can drive programs end-to-end.


  • Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a virtual team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems.


  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
