Qualification
- B.E / B. Tech / MCA in Computer Science OR IT only
- Minimum 60 % marks in Graduation or Post Graduation
- Minimum 1.5 years of IT industry experience
- Good analytical ability to tackle problem handling
- Ready to work in support role and adapt with changing environment in projects
- Candidate should exhibit willingness to learn and perform multi-tasking
- Openness to work in 24X7 shift environment
- Exposure to Windows Servers, IIS, any Incident and Change Management tool
- Knowledge of DNS, Firewall, Network Topology, Load Balancers, AWS Cloud, etc. shall be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to triage issues and attend Zoom / Teams meetings effectively
Responsibility
- Installation and configuration of windows hosted application.
- Support development teams with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues
- Experience handling administrative tasks such as system monitoring and maintenance, code migration, extensions and connector installations, backup configuration
- On Call Support as required during the week ends and off hours
- End of Life system verification and upgrades. Perform regression testing and approve the overall upgrade or setup
- Conduct and implement IT controls such as quarterly user review to ensure compliance.
- Work on putting together and submit infrastructure related requests such as DNS registration, SSL certs
- Ensure to have zero security vulnerabilities in the systems whether servers or applications. If any are reported, facilitate quick remediation basis this associated risk / severity
- Establish and maintain regular written or verbal communication with the stake holders regarding project updates
- Candidate should have analytical approach to issue troubleshooting and be resourceful in the times of heavy workload
- Weekend work and extended days to support organized changes or incidents may be required – but through prior agreement
