In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Expert knowledge for ISO and API standards including but not limited to (vibration limits, alarm, and trip settings, residual unbalance...).
- Hands-on experience using CSI 2140 portable data collector & software as well as experience with Bently Nevada system I and Emerson CSI 6500 MCM /AMS suite.
- Have the ability to analyze and interpret all the equipment connected to online monitoring systems.
- Capable of collecting different data from all kinds of equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, Gearbox, motors, etc.)
- Capable of analyzing, reporting & recommending the solutions by using different online software from different suppliers (GE Bently Nevada system 1, EMERSON –CSI ….).
- Ability to set the Alarm and trip setting for different equipment.
- Review vibration data and support technicians for analysis and reporting.
- Review all data that has been collected daily and give recommendations to suggest if any more measurements are required to confirm the final analysis and recommendations.
- Verify the correctness of data collected and measurement process of different equipment and tools by suggesting solutions to improve.
- Have experience in MCSA Motor Current Signature Analysis.
- Have Experience in Thermography.
- Expert in Dynamic Balancing.
- Expert in shaft alignment.
- Have intensive knowledge in RCA, FEMA, etc...
