Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence centre with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units—Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and coach your team members

  
  

• Ensure that the team is adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet the business needs

  
  

• Ensure team’s compliance with standard processes, procedures, practices, and safety requirements

  
  

• Drive team’s KPI performance

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement activities to improve processes and effectiveness within your area of responsibility

  
  

• Accountability for the budget

  
  

• Managing optimized utilization of global footprint and long-term footprint strategies

  
  

• Competence / Skillset matrix for the team .

  
  

•  Involved in Business Meetings ,Operations discussions ,Project Design review meetings ,Continuous improvement programs (Technical, Process) ,Target settings  ,Functional Competence assessment .

Your Background:

• Education Qualification : Bachelor / Masters(ECE, EEE, E&I)

  
  

• Candidate should have 2 to 3 years exp working in a Leadership roles .

  
  

• Must have knowledge in Control system / in other following areas HMI, SCADA, Network, Cybersecurity in OT / SASL6S  .

  
  

•  Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization. 

  
  

• Independent, solution-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong drive and focus ondelivering results .

  
  

• Confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership. Facilitate teamwork and communicate clearlyat all levels .

  
  

• Excellent English speaker, good communication skills .

  
  

• High level of ownership.

  
  

• Dynamic and Proactive, willing to grow in the organization .
