Job Description
* Lesson planning: Develop lessons using the curriculum and students' needs
* Teaching: Prepare lessons, manage the class, and create a supportive learning environment
* Assessment: Prepare and set tests, exercises, and examination papers, and evaluate students' progress
* Feedback: Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their spoken English skills
* Organization: Participate in training and development activities, and prepare information for quality assurance exercises
* Engagement: Encourage students to interact with each other and speak in English
* Classes will happen in the evening slots as well
* Will be responsible to improve spoken english for both teachers and students
* Will be responsible to host events and give write ups whenever required.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English or education, and to pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or a state-level equivalent. A post-graduation degree in English can increase credibility, and a TESOL or TEFL certificate can help you develop your teaching skills. An IELTS trainer would also do.
