• As an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant, your role involves analyzing clients’ needs and business processes related to Oracle Fusion Finance. Here are some typical responsibilities for this position:
• Business Solution Development: You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions within the Oracle Fusion SCM framework.
• Consulting and Impact Analysis: Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and testing applications based on business needs. You’ll consult with clients, handle incremental setup, and perform impact analysis.
• Integration and Localization Solutions: As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for integrating various payroll systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, is essential.
• Independent Execution: Accomplishing standard assignments independently, exercising your knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance, is part of your role.
• Finance Modules include – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. B. Com – Commerce or equivalent
2. M. Com - Commerce or equivalent
3. CA Final or CA Qualified - Fresher
4. MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Finance or equivalent.              
5. Passed in 2022 or 2023
6. Excellent Communication Skills
