Job Description

As a Global Business Agility Lead, you will enable agility across the organization to deliver better business outcomes. This role will be reporting into the Global Business Agility CoE and work in a matrix environment with the regional agile teams to enable their business agility journey by building, scaling and sustaining people and enterprise capabilities, driving mindsets and behavior changes, and creating a community of change agents across Experian. 


You will work with individuals, teams and leaders at all levels of the company to identify and address agility challenges and opportunities. You will also train and coach employees on agile principles, practices, mindsets, and behaviors. 


In addition, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the impact of the company's business agility initiatives. This will help the company track its progress and make necessary adjustments to strategy. 


The Global Business Agility Lead is a senior position that requires a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a leadership role, experience working with a variety of stakeholders, and experience in developing and enabling business agility across the business. 


Supporting objectives: 


  • Accelerate our pace of innovation and improve the speed at which we can introduce new products and new capabilities into and across markets. 


  • Create ‘global first’ product build mindset, with cooperation across BUs for scaling global opportunities and maximizing product re-use. 


  • Reduce cost of operations to enable higher reinvestment in innovation. 


  • Support efforts to refine our product and engineering teams to be more productive and versatile. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Lead regional/BU enablement 


  • Develop regional role-based Communities of Practice 


  • Manage the analysis and implementation of regional business agility focused initiatives. 


  • Guide the change process 


  • Assess organizational systems 


  • Design the change strategy 


  • Guide in implementation and sustaining change 


  • Develop Agile leadership 


  • Develop leaders at all levels in the organization that emulate the Agile mindset 


  • Help design and deliver leadership development initiatives in support of business outcomes 


  • Change management practices from controlling day-to-day work to building capability 


  • Train and Coach across the organization 


  • Facilitate groups across organizational boundaries 


  • Coach across different domains (technical, business, human resources, etc.) 


  • Mentor and advise at the enterprise level 


  • Guide organizational agility 


  • Assess current state of the system 


  • Design organizational structures 


  • Guides the direction of practices, processes and behaviors to enhance organizational agility 


  • Manage an organizational improvement backlog 


  • Facilitate organizational release/roadmap planning and retrospectives 


  • As a trusted and credible expert: 


  • Experience with lean/agile approaches Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe concepts and Business Agility; 


  • Facilitate tooling standards adoption  


  • Drive collaboration, re-use, and change management 


  • Support teams with metrics and OKRs 



Qualifications

Qualifications 


Credentials 


  • 15+ years of experience in coaching at team and enterprise level furthering maturity in agile adoption preferably across global teams 


  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence) 


  • Proven success in the adoption of Agile across the enterprise, shown through benefit realization metrics and OKRs 


  • Undergraduate (Bachelors) degree; ideally an advance (Masters) degree 


  • Agile Coach and Scaling Certifications (LeSS, SAFe) is preferred 


  • Fluency in Portuguese and English languages (speaking and writing) is mandatory 


Skills 


  • Strong stakeholder management skills; including making technical information simple, accessible and insightful for technology and non-technology decision makers 


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people – an expert influencer, especially within a matrixed environment. 


  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at a strategic level; proven track record of consulting with C-suite 


  • Background in FinTech / Financial Services / Cloud Business Services preferred, but not required 


  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence 


  • Finger on the pulse, dedicated and flexible to business needs 


  • Relentless positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams ‘catch the spark’ of transformation and imagine new possibilities 


  • A mindset that thrives in ambiguity, can navigate the concrete and the abstract, and always constructively challenges the status quo 


  • A gift for compelling storytelling – in the conference room, the hallway, an email – that resonates with all audiences

  • Track record of working in a fast paced, results driven roles within complex organizations.
